I specialize in deep, transformative therapy for anxiety, depression, and relationship and identity concerns rooted in trauma, including relational, sexual, racial, and complex trauma. While I don’t hold a fixed map through life’s labyrinth, I bring a grounded presence, clinical expertise, and strong therapeutic skills to accelerate your healing. My approach is rooted in humanistic and experiential traditions, and I draw heavily from Emotion-Focused Therapy to help you understand and transform your emotional experience. As a bilingual and bicultural woman, a former assistant professor, and an experiential psychologist, I bring 17 years of clinical and research experience to my work with clients from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds.
